Yair is a serial entrepreneur and active angel investor. At 26, he co-founded ICQ, the world's first Internet-wide instant messaging service, which was acquired by AOL (NYSE:AOL). In 2001, Yair co-founded Dotomi, an online advertising technology company that focuses on creating personal, relevant, and timely one-to-one messaging between marketers and their customers. Dotomi was acquired by ValueClick (NASDAQ:VCLK). Yair holds a B.Sc. in math and computer science from Tel-Aviv University and holds several patents in the field of instant messaging. In 2005, he received the Wharton Infosys Business Transformation Award, and in 2009, he was chosen by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader.

Prior to co-founding AppCard, Amichay served as VP R&D of Vonage (NYSE:VG), CTO and general manager of JAJAH, which was acquired by Telefonica, and the co-founder and CTO at Expression, which was acquired by SAP(NYSE:SAP). Amichay holds a B.Sc. in math and computer science from Tel-Aviv University and holds several patents in VoIP and Internet communications. Additionally, Amichay is a member of the advisory board at Tango.

Jeremy is a pioneer in loyalty marketing. Prior to AppCard he was CEO of Aimia (TSX: AIM) where he led a dramatic turnaround across several loyalty-related businesses. His extensive industry experience includes six years as founding CEO at Premier Loyalty & Marketing, where he created the world’s first airline loyalty business to attract capital from a strategic investor. Jeremy has also served as an Operating Partner in the loyalty sector with Advent International. He has served on a number of boards including Aimia, Premier Loyalty & Marketing, LifeMiles, Fidelity Marketing and BIG Loyalty Sdn Bhd. Jeremy has an MBA from INSEAD and graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University.

Harel is responsible for all of AppCard's corporate development initiatives worldwide, partnerships, grocery sales and digital coupons among other responsibilities. Prior to joining AppCard, Eran served as managing director at Harel-Hertz Investment House, as a board member at Tokyo headquartered Explay Japan, and was the chairman of the board of its Israeli R&D subsidiary. Eran completed his research for a doctoral degree in economics at Keio University in Tokyo. He earned an MBA at the College of Management – Academic Studies in Israel and a bachelor’s degree at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Roni joined AppCard with over 10 years of experience in managing finance teams at start-ups and consulting firms. Roni started her finance career at Deloitte, where she managed the audit for tech companies and venture capitals according to the US GAAP and IFRS. Later on, Roni moved to manage the finance in various start-ups in Israel and the US. Roni earned her BA in Business Management from the College of Management in Israel and is a certified CPA (IFRS).

Ostroff oversees the franchise sales at AppCard. Prior to joining AppCard, Andrew was the VP of Sales for Buzz Points Inc, founded Net Data Direct a data mining company out of Washington D.C and Co-founded Blueshift Local a Social Search and Discovery platform connecting consumers to local businesses. Andrew has over 10 years of local business sales experience. He earned his degree in Anthropology from Skidmore College.

Levy comes to AppCard with over 12 years of experience building and scaling customer experience teams in rapidly growing companies. Doug's background includes building out operational teams in the US and London with a concentration of onboarding, managing, and growing relationships. Prior to joining AppCard, Doug was the VP of Operations at Complysci managing post-sales operations. Prior to that, at Financial Tracking, LLC, Doug was a member of the executive management team and played a key role in the company's global expansion. In addition to his time at technology firms, Doug has held several positions at Financial Institutions such as Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Rockefeller & Co., Inc. Doug earned his degree in Political Science from American University in Washington D.C.

Chak handles all aspects related to data including database design, management and operations, data warehousing, BI and reporting at AppCard. Prior to joining AppCard, Chak was Director of Architecture at Vonage. He also held the position of Distinguished Engineer, Network Architecture at Vonage. Prior to Vonage Chak worked at multiple Telecommunication product companies including Leapstone (acquired by Motorola), EmpowerTel Networks, Lucent Technologies and Nortel. Chak has more than 25 years of experience and holds numerous patents. Chak holds a B.Tech (Hons) in Electronics and Communication Engg from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kharagpur.

Idan serves as the VP of Engineering at AppCard, holding the responsibilities of management, technical architecture and strategic roadmapping. Idan previously ran a consultancy specializing in early stage design and development for startups, focusing on a mix of backend software, low level hardware development and security architecture. Idan graduated summa cum laude with BS and MS in Computer Engineering from Boston University.

Assaf oversees the R&D at AppCard. With over 20 years of experience in both managerial and hands-on roles, Assaf has a proven track record of delivering complex software projects in both startup and enterprise environments. He is passionate about building and mentoring high-performing teams, with deep expertise across diverse tech stacks and cloud environments. Assaf holds a BSc in Computer Science & Mathematics and an MSc in Computer Science, both with honors.

VP Business Development at ProLogic, an AppCard Company. He is responsible for sales of ProLogic loyalty and marketing products for independent grocers. Prior to ProLogic he held numerous client service and business development positions at EdAssist, Bonfire Health, BI Worldwide, NASCAR RacePoints and S&H Solutions (a ProLogic predecessor company).

Kobi oversees all aspects of the AppCard 's operational functions, including Tech Support, Shipping, Inventory and IT. Prior to joining AppCard, Kobi held various leadership roles, spanning over 17 years, in operations management, delivery and implementation at AMDOCS for large Telco companies such as Comcast, AT&T in the U.S and TELUS in Canada. Kobi earned his degree in Computer Science from the College of Management, Rishon LeZion.

Entrepreneur Jerry Yang co-founded Yahoo! Inc. in 1995 and served on the Board of Directors and as a key member of the executive management team until January, 2012. While at Yahoo he led a number of initiatives, including two of the biggest investments in the internet: Yahoo Japan and Alibaba Group. Yang holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University. He is widely recognized as a visionary and pioneer in the internet technology sector, and was named one of the top 100 innovators in the world under the age of 35 by the MIT Technology Review in 1999. Yang is currently on Stanford University's Board of Trustees, where he is a Vice-Chair. He is also a Board Observer for Lenovo and served as a director of Yahoo Japan Corporation (TSE:4689) and Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. until January 2012; and a director of Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSCO) from July 2000 to November 2012. Yang and his wife, Akiko Yamazaki, are well known philanthropists who focus on higher education, conservation and the arts.
