  • Senior Backend Tech Lead (Java/Python)Hod HaSharon, Center District, Israel (On-site)

    We are looking for a Senior Backend Tech Lead to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend systems to drive product scalability and performance. You will work with a range of technologies, including Java, Python, SQL, REST APIs, and cloud services, with deployments in both cloud and on-prem environments. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build new features and optimize existing systems to meet business demands.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own and maintain core backend services that support millions of daily operations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features using Agile methodologies
    • Ensure backend infrastructure is scalable and efficient, leveraging cloud services for server deployment
    • Optimize system performance for both cloud and on-prem deployments

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience with Java and Python; prior Tech Lead experience is required

  • Senior DevOps EngineerHod HaSharon, Center District, Israel (On-site)

    We are looking for an experienced DevOps/SRE Engineer, experienced in leading projects in operations/engineering and willing to grow technological and leadership skills in a cloud-based challenging environment. In this role, the successful individual will develop and support our critical information, systems and assets; build solutions, implement new software and hardware and provide training.

    From early on, you’ll be given interesting assignments, opportunities to lead initiatives and take full ownership and responsibility for the outcome.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage system architecture and modernization projects from design, implementation and production operations by providing leadership and direction.
    • Develop and manage cloud (AWS) and on-prem infrastructure used by both customers and developers.
    • Partner with the engineering and operations team to set up SLAs, monitoring and alerting for customers and other stakeholders. Identify and resolve systemic issues impacting engineering and operations.
    • Manage tooling and build systems used by developers to set up pre production and test environments.

  • CPG Business Development and Relationship ManagerNew York, NY (On-site)

    Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the CPG Business Development and Relationship Manager will have responsibility for managing and building the commercial relationship with CPG clients. The position will also support marketing efforts for AppCard’s CPG platform. Ideally the role would be based in our Manhattan office, but remote is also an option.

    The ideal candidate is a quick learner, hard-worker and has strong organizational skills. Success in the role will require a relationship-oriented approach with exceptional communication abilities to fully understand the diverse needs of a wide variety of CPG’s and tailor insights and campaigns unique to each account. The successful candidate will be able to identify new opportunities for the CPG account and grow overall sales.

    Duties

    • Serve as the point-of-contact for CPG partner accounts and act as the voice of CPG’s within AppCard.
    • Persuasively articulate the value that AppCard can bring to CPG’s through demonstrable ROI and marketing practices.
    • Juggle numerous internal activities while ensuring that CPG campaigns are effectively programmed and executed.
    • Interpret and present campaign results using AppCard’s data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
    • Write short CPG insight articles to market the AppCard platform capabilities.
    • Support the creation of videos, webinars and other media to generate awareness of the platform.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the CPG industry.
    • Collaborate with data, marketing and account management teams across AppCard to run campaigns.

    Candidate Qualifications

    • 2+ years successful relationship management or marketing experience in providing data/marketing/technology solutions to the CPG or grocery retail industry, preferably in digital coupon, shopper marketing and/or interactive digital media marketing.
    • Recent and relevant experience in the CPG vertical selling to agencies and/or brand-direct stakeholders at senior marketing and C-suite level is a plus.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
    • Solid understanding of the digital landscape.
    • Ability to identify opportunities, grow accounts and retain clients.
    • Ability to assess the business goals and formulate account development strategy.
    • Strong digital skills (media, promotion, online and mobile, shopper and analytics).

    Role Location

  • Sales Development RepresentativeNew York, (On-site)

    The Sales Development Representative (SDR) should be a self starting and goal oriented individual. An ideal candidate is a quick learner, hard-worker and has strong organizational skills. Success in the role will require adherence to a specific administrative process but will also require candidates to think quickly as their prospecting efforts will require the ability to tailor conversations to a diverse set of grocery professionals in a variety of geographies across the United States. The successful candidate will be able to create opportunities and start the sales process leading to contract signing and entry into the company CRM (Salesforce).

  • Technical Product ManagerNew York, NY (On-site)

    We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to oversee both product and project management responsibilities for our technical initiatives, with a primary focus on integrations with partners. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the strategic direction and execution of integration projects, ensuring that they are aligned with the company’s long-term goals and growth.

    • Strong technical background, with relevant experience as a programmer, and the ability to understand and contribute to discussions on architecture, infrastructure, and technical design
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
    • Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, breaking down large projects into smaller tasks, grooming, estimating, backlog management, and working with development teams
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
