We’ve tailored rewards to enhance their experience both in-store and online, notably in our fresh departments showcasing Hispanic specialties.” The program contribution is so meaningful that – Club La Bonita members are spending on average $29.50 more per transaction than non members. 

Analytics and Insights

Utilizing AppCard’s analytics, La Bonita generates detailed reports on points issuance and redemption rates, shaping targeted marketing strategies. Martinez underscores, “Analytics reveal tangible benefits, enabling us to deliver greater value to our shoppers and refine engagement tactics.” Thanks to AppCard’s partnership with Ibotta, Club Bonita Loyalty Members redeemed an upward of 3500 more coupons per week.
